Wanna learn how Singapore’s sprint legend trains to achieve his dominance on the track?

Elevate your athletes’ and child’s speed game in their sport this school holiday by working on basic movements that can improve and quicken movements in their game.

Have a go at this Athletics Word Up Challenge by Singapore’s 100m record-holder Shyam Ukshyam-ukshyam. This series of exercises promises to improve speed, agility and quickness, and help your athletes run past opponents like the wind!

Be sure though, to be adequately warmed up before performing the exercises. Workout to the sequence of letters that spell S-P-E-E-D or F-A-S-T-N-F-U-R-I-O-U-S.
