Wan Lay Chi has become the second Team Singapore athlete after sprinter Md. Elfi Mustapa to book her spot for the SEA Games.

She surpassed the 2011 SEA Games qualifying mark of 14.08 meters in the women’s shotput event at the 2011 SAA Track and Field Series 2 meet with an effort of 14.28 meters.
