Singapore Athletic Association is going to conduct a Sprint Workshop for coaches and athletes that will take place on Saturday, 22 April 2017 at 2pm. This workshop will look closely at sprint techniques for acceleration and maximum velocity phase. It may also be beneficial for the middle/long distance runners and jumpers. It will enable participants to relook at their training methods and get feedback from the speaker. This sprint workshop will be conducted by SA Technical Director, Mr Volker Hermann and is open to all coaches.

To be eligible to participate in the Youth Olympic Games, athletes must have been born between 1 January 2001 and 31 December 2002.
