Notice to all Men & Women Athletes nominated in the Training Squads,
1st Centralized Training for 2017 SEA Games Preparation
The 1st centralized training will commenced on 8th October 2016 (Saturday) at Kallang Practice Track (Home of Athletics). The training programme will be designed by your own coach as according to your individual’s plan of phases of training. Your coach is invited and encouraged to attend and guide you during the training session.
Attendance will be taken.
If you require any equipment (eg: using the ice bath tubs for recovery, cones, barbell/dumbbell weights, resistant bands, medicine balls, starting blocks, hurdles, shot put, discus, javelin. – poles for pole vault will not be available), let SAA know beforehand so that we can prepare them for you.
Venue (HOA) and Time for the individual events:
i. Jumps & PV – 8am to 12pm
ii. Sprints & Hurdles (Women) – 9am
iii. Sprints & Hurdles (Men) – 10am
iv. Throws – 8am
v. Mid-long Distance – 8am
